Whether that is nearby trees or sewers causing concern from building control or a lack of access for heavy machinery to dig a traditional foundation our TimberSlab can be installed in almost any environment.

Annexes & Garden Studios
The vast majority of garden annexes or studios are timber construction making them the perfect match for our TimberSlab base. Working with your factory made kit provider or bespoke builder we can get you out the ground with minimal waste and with a fully insulated and engineered TimberSlab.

With our TimberSlab you won’t eat into your contingency fund. The price we quote will be the price you pay if you start in the next 12 months.
